PORTLAND, Ore. 09/11/2025 — The highly anticipated new story arc of Ryan Parrott, Nick Cotton, and Abel’s Rogue Sun will supercharge the Massive-Verse with a dose of Spawnmania next month. Rogue Sun #30 will kick off the new chapter with a very special appearance of Todd McFarlane’s Medieval Spawn character.

In Rogue Sun #30, travel back to the year 1383 as Sir John of York—also known as the Medieval Spawn—embarks on a deadly quest to track down the monstrous entity known as The Withered. But he’s not alone. Caleb Hawthorne—the legendary Knight Sun—and his loyal squire are also on the hunt, setting the stage for an epic clash between two iconic heroes from the Image Comics universe. “When I first created Knight Sun, a medieval legacy version of Rogue Sun, I’d be lying if a part of me wasn’t secretly hoping that, one day, just maybe they might encounter Medieval Spawn,” said Parrott. “I knew it was probably impossible, but… here we are.
