PORTLAND, Ore. 12/02/2025 — Tyler Kirkham’s Final Boss didn’t just hit the shelves, it landed a clean shot to the jaw and knocked out the last of the inventory at the distributor level. Reorders are hammering like body shots, prompting Image to rush the debut back to print this week to keep the series in the ring.

The second printing will feature artwork by Ryan Ottley of Invincible fame.
“The overwhelming response to Final Boss—and the news that issues are flying off the shelves—has been both humbling and absolutely thrilling,” said Kirkham. “That first issue gets its hooks in you and leaves you craving more immediately. The online consensus matches the hype: it leaves you saying, ‘Holy s***!'”
Final Boss drops readers into a no-holds-barred, turbo-charged thrill ride—a love letter to classic beat-’em-ups and over-the-top action epics. Tommy Brazen, ex-street brawler turned powered-up merc, is trying to forge his own path. But when he starts unlocking pieces of his hidden past, he realizes the real endgame is far more complex than he ever imagined.
